The contract consists of two lots:
- lot 1 - insurance monitoring: Assistance services for the conclusion of new contracts and the monitoring of Creole insurance.
- Lot 2 - Risk Management: Assistance services for the management of Creole risks

- Development and analysis of insurance files in the context of the conclusion of new contracts
- annual updating of data with insurers;
- follow-up of cases and expertise in the context of claims;
- assistance in the conclusion of insurance contracts
Risk ManagementLot 2 - Safety (Risk Management)
- updating of the company's Single Occupational Risk Assessment Document (Duerp);
- creation of work units (complementary sites);
- participation in meetings within the framework of the Social and Economic Committee (ESC);
- assistance and analysis in the context of accidents at work;
- visits and checks of workstations;
- development and assistance in risk assessment for a site
