Object planning of civil engineering structures and traffic facilities according to §43 and §47 HOAI, LPH 1-9 and special services, step-by-step commissioning

The Düneberger Straße of the city of Geesthacht and is to be renewed between the B5 / Geesthachter Straße and the street Neuer Krug including the junctions, the ancillary facilities and the sewage system. The total length of this section of Düneberger Straße is about 450 m.

The Düneberger Straße is a main connecting road between the B5 federal road and the Mitte commercial area with a narrow residential development on both sides, a level crossing, an adjacent church, a restaurant and a bakery.

The reason for the renovation is the poor condition of the canals and the road.

There are about 435m rainwater sewer DN 600 to DN 1200 and about 480m sewer DN 200 to DN 500 (the sewer system currently still consists of two parallel pipes) to be dimensioned and renewed. The corresponding house connections to both sewer systems must also be manufactured or renovated.

According to initial cost estimates, the construction costs for transport facilities are estimated at a volume of EUR 1.1 million net, for rainwater sewerage at EUR 1.1 million net and for waste water sewerage at EUR 0.9 million net.

The scope of services can be found in the service description enclosed with the contract. It is recommended to visit the site before submitting the bid.

In phase 1, potential applicants are invited to participate and submit the application with the required evidence.

In phase 2, the requests to participate will be checked and the number of admitted applicants will be limited.

Phase 2 applicants will be invited to negotiate separately.
