The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672) covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, to be performed in the Sława Śląska Forest District in 2023.

The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total amount of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672) covering works in the field of logging with multi-operational machines in felling and late thinning, to be performed in the forest areas: Gola, Świętobór, Radosławice and Sabinówka.

The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of harvesting and harvesting wood resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Appendix No. 2.1. – planned size of works;

Appendix No. 2.2. - detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and locations;

Appendix No. 2.3.1. – characteristics of forestry in the field of timber harvesting;

Appendix No. 2.3.2. – assortment system of timber harvesting in forestry;

Attachment No. 2.3.3. – a list of distances and conditions of harvesting wood;

Appendix No. 2.3.4. – list of items with additional difficulties in the field of harvesting and skidding;

Appendix No. 2.3.5. – list of items not made available for machine acquisition;

Appendix No. 2.3.6. – information on the optimal technology of obtaining wood (potential);

The material scopes listed in the annexes included in Annex 2 are estimates.

Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Description of the standard of forestry work technology" adopted by Decision No. 34 of the Director General of the State Forests of 12 May 2022 on the introduction of the "Description of the forest work technology standard" in organizational units of the State Forests together with the changes introduced by amending decisions;

Attachment No. 3.2. Description of the standard of forestry technology in the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Zielona Góra adopted by Decision No. 85/2022 of the Director of the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Zielona Góra on the establishment of a regional standard for the technology of execution and acceptance of works. Zn. spr.: (mark: ZG.0301.2.2022).

A detailed description of the standard of technology for performing individual forest works (activities) specified in Annex 3.1 to the SWZ constitutes the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). If the activity described in the above-mentioned annexes is not provided for in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ and in Annex 3.2. to the SWZ do not apply.

Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.

A description of the rules of the procedure for the acceptance of forest works is included in Annex 3 to the SWZ.
