The object of this consultation is a project management mission, within the meaning of Articles L. 2410-1 to L. 2432-2 of the Public Order Code (Book IV: provisions specific to public contracts linked to the control of public work and private project management), for the redevelopment project of public spaces in the city center of Pré-Saint-Gervais, including a support mission for the implementation of a participation and consultation process with the inhabitants, responding to the program established by the client.
