The consultation will result in a framework agreement with purchase orders in accordance with the French Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum annual amount (excluding VAT). The services that are the subject of this grouping of orders are likely to vary within the limits indicated in Article 2-3 of the consultation rules. For all lots: the framework agreement is concluded from the date of its notification for a period of one year, renewable three times, by tacit agreement, i.e. a maximum period of four years
