The protected presbytery in Houtvenne, Hulshout is owned by the local administration Hulshout. The Kempens Landscape organization entered into a management agreement with the board to revalorise the pastorage and acts as a client. The designer must coordinate the necessary preliminary studies, applying for the necessary heritage premiums if applicable. Based on the results of this, the designer must prepare a complete restoration file for the protected building, including design safety coordination, and compile the file for the application for a heritage premium special procedure.

If sufficient resources are available and a heritage premium has been obtained, the execution of the works will also be further supervised by the designer. This includes the further elaboration of the file on techniques, the preparation and obtaining of the necessary permits and permits and the preparation of the tender documents as well as the site supervision, including implementation of safety coordination.

This assignment consists of a fixed part and a conditional part.

Fixed part of the assignment:

1. preliminary investigation: construction-technical and material-technical investigation;

2. energy audit;

3. when ordering (cf. variants and options): re-use study;

4. drawing up a (preliminary) design for the restoration of the presbytery protected as a monument, including drawing up the necessary documents such as a historical note, diagnosis note, inventory, accountability note, etc.

5. preparation and submission of the heritage premium file;

6. Safety coordination design.

Under conditions, being:

- the award of the heritage premium,

- the availability of funding.

Can the assignment be extended with the following conditional part:

1. updating and supplementing the design of the restoration and re-use of the monument protected presbytery, including the preparation of the file techniques;

2. drawing up and submitting the necessary authorizations and permits;

3. Follow-up of the restoration work and the technical file: from tendering to final delivery. Leading the site meetings and taking care of the accompanying reporting, checking and improving the submitted progress statements; providing advice regarding proposed changes and settlement proposals submitted in more or less, as well as other technical matters arising during the execution of the contracting works;

4. the security coordination during creation.
