1. The subject of the contract is the performance of periodic repairs at the 4th maintenance level of 15 electric locomotives of the EU/EP07 series.

2. The procurement procedure shall be conducted in an open tender procedure pursuant to the Public Procurement Law of 11 September 2019, hereinafter referred to as the 'PPL Act' or 'the PPL'. This contract is a sectoral contract.

3. Detailed requirements for the contract shall be contained in the SWZ and annexes to the CPP, which shall form an integral part thereof.

1. The subject of the contract is the performance of periodic repairs at the 4th maintenance level of 15 electric locomotives of the EU/EP07 series.

2. Among the locomotives there may be locomotives with a modernized suspension system of traction motors - on rolling bearings and locomotives in which there are MS cabinets.

3. The scope of the Repair includes:

1) a fixed scope of repair, including work carried out during each repair in accordance with the provisions of the contract, DSU, DTR, filling in the gaps;

2) works going beyond the permanent scope of repair, the list of which is included in Annex 4 to the SWZ, the rules for commissioning these works are set out in the Draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
