The contest is for the delivery of an automated/motorised loft for Festiviteten concert hall.

The value of the contract is approx. NOK 11,500,000 excluding VAT, including the options. The value is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.

The procurement is subject to finances being in place.

Lots/groups

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, but has decided that it is not suitable for this agreement.

Contract

The procurement will be regulated by the attached contract with the associated standard terms.

The contract period is from and including 2022-09-12.

The contracting authority will sign a contract with 1 tenderer.

The contracting authority expects that tenderers are familiar with the contract provisions and makes the necessary internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
