The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of thermal energy including the sale and distribution of heat to the building located at 10 Jana Kazimierza Street for the needs of the Provincial Administrative Court in Warsaw. The contractor supplying heat energy is obliged to provide heat under the conditions specified in the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716) and implementing regulations to the Act.

The projected thermal energy consumption was estimated at 23,352 GJ over a 48-month period.
