Purpose of services: Jodoigne - sports facilities - construction work for a swimming pool on the site of the Gadale plain - mission of architecture, stability, special techniques, health safety coordination and PEB.
Place of service: Jodoigne, plain of Gadale in 1370 Jodoigne.
The contract is divided into lots as follows: the two lots are split into a firm phase and several conditional phases within the meaning of article 57 of the law of 17.6.2016. Unless otherwise provided in these special specifications, each lot is considered a separate contract for both its award and its execution.
Lot 1: “project author's mission for the construction of a communal swimming pool: complete study, design and monitoring mission for the execution of works”This lot consists of a complete mission of architecture, special techniques and stability, acoustics and PEB aiming at the study, the design and the follow-up of the execution of the works of realization of a communal swimming pool on the site of the plain of the Gadale; including, among other things, the single permit file (including the incidence notice, and where applicable, the incidence study), adjudication file "as built" file, collaboration in receptions, etc.
Lot 2: "health and safety coordination mission"Lot 2 includes all the services necessary for a complete safety and health coordination mission (coordination - project and coordination - implementation) for the design and construction of the structure.
