The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works consisting in the Reconstruction of the county road No. 1843L from km 3+762 to km 17+027.39 as part of the investment task entitled: "Reconstruction of the county road No. 1843L from km 3+762 to km 17+027.39 on the section Kamień Kolonia-Michałówka", implemented as part of the Government Road Development Fund.

The subject of the contract is the reconstruction of the county road No. 1843L from km 3+762 to km 13+264.52 as part of the investment task entitled "Reconstruction of the county road No. 1843L from km 3+762 to km 17+027.39 on the section Kamień Kolonia — Michałówka" implemented as part of the Government Road Development Fund. The subject of the contract has been divided into two tasks:

1) Task 1 - reconstruction of the county road No. 1843L from km 3+762 to km 8+200.15

2) Task 2 - reconstruction of the county road No. 1832L from km 8+200.15 to km 13+264.52.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in the project documentation (Annex 1 to the SWZ), which consists of:

1) Land development project (materials for submitting works), project of reconstruction of power equipment (concerns: nN connection from pole No. 26 to Rudolfin building 14A, nN connection from pole 21 to Pławanice 28 building, nN connection from pole No. 37 of Pławanice 10 building, reconstruction of nN overhead line from pole No. 46 to pole No. 47, nN connection from pole No. 33 to Pławanice 1a building),

2) Project of permanent traffic organization,

3) Technical specifications of execution and acceptance of construction works (STWiOR),

4) Objects of works,

Due to the fact that the Contractor's remuneration indicated in the offer will be a lump sum, the Contractor when valuing the offer should be based on the scope indicated in the project documentation. The bill of quantities is of an auxiliary nature.
