The subject of the contract includes the provision of regular transport services performed as part of local public transport on bus lines operating as part of the public transport system connecting the area of the Otwock and Minsk poviats (municipalities (Otwock, Wiązowna, Karczew, Sulejówek) with Warsaw in the number of 1 049 700 (in words) : one million forty-nine thousand seven hundred) +10% / - 10% (plus ten / minus ten) hauliers, also referred to as "hauler", with the total value of car services performed on behalf of municipalities during the contract period:

- Sulejówek on the L47 line may not exceed 215 380 hauler,

- Otwock and Karczew on the L46 line may not exceed 158 840 hauler,

- Otwock and Wiazowna on lines L20 and L22 may not exceed 563,090 hauler,

- Sulejówek and Wiązowna on the L48 line may not exceed 217 360 wagons.

Services will be provided on the routes:

Assumptions for timetables, route and list of stops constitute annexes to the contract (Annex 4 to the ToR - Contract template with annexes).

The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in art. 134 section 6 of the Public Procurement Law in the following cases:

1) During the term of the contract using buses notified by the Contractor in the Bid Form, in the event of the need to increase transport performance above the limit of vehicle kilometers specified in chapter VI of the ToR,

2) During the term of the contract, with the use of an additional number of buses in traffic that meet the minimum requirements set out in the ToR, in the event of the need to increase transport performance above the limit of vehicle-kilometers set out in Chapter VI of the ToR,

3) At the end of the contract period using buses notified by the Contractor in the Bid Form, where the maximum value of the new contract resulting from the product of the number of vehicle kilometers and the rate per vehicle kilometer may not exceed 50% percent of the estimated value of the basic order.
