In order to build up, establish and also ensure that the work within planned projects can continue, the State Service Center has a need to procure consulting support with special experience and competence to perform work related to the development and management of business architectures.

The primary focus of the consulting support is expected to be to lead, provide support and advice, as well as train the State Service Center's staff in describing the State Service Center's activities from an information perspective. But also act as support for the description of the IT environment in relevant parts and support for the configuration of EA tools.

The consultants are also expected to be able to support the selection and design of principles and methods for architectural work, language and frameworks, and classification and abstraction levels.
