Coordinator of the grouping of orders: Communauté d'agglomération Seine-Eure. This framework agreement concerns the acquisition of telecommunications products and services to meet the needs of the grouping of orders, in terms of communications between its various sites and the public network. In view of these obligations and in order to optimize the costs of these means of telecommunications, the grouping of orders seeks suppliers that will enable it to achieve, among other things, the following three objectives:

— a high quality of service;

— control of telecommunications expenditure;
