The city of Erbach intends to build a new town hall.

For this purpose, ELT planning services are required within the scope of the service profile according to HOAI §55.

The city of Erbach intends to build a new town hall on parcels No. 232, 237 and 238, for which ELT planning services are required. The new building

is to receive approx. 3,600 m² GFA. The specialist planning services are put out to tender in a Europe-wide, two-stage negotiation procedure:

- Level 1: prequalification process with the selection of three participants for level 2

- Stage 2: negotiated procedure

It is pointed out that there is no entitlement to project implementation.
