The municipality of Montferland has made 2 locations available for the reception of refugees since the war between Ukraine and Russia.  Contracts have been awarded one-on-one as a matter of urgency. It has now become clear that these reception locations will remain open for a longer period of time and since there are no unforeseen events that are not attributable to the Municipality of Montferland and we have the obligation to tender these services at European level and the municipality has the goal of concluding an agreement with a contractor through this European public tender.
