The subject of the contract is the delivery of licenses in the Dynatrace Managed subscription model or equivalent licenses with a guarantee provided throughout the subscription period.

The scope of the contract includes the delivery of licenses for the Dynatrace Managed Software, which consists of:

a) 200 HU licences,

(b) 2 million DEM licences;

c) 2 million DDU licences,

d) 1 million ASU licences,

or equivalent licences.
