Open procedure, pursuant to art. 60 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, aimed at concluding a framework agreement, to be concluded with a single operator pursuant to art. 54, paragraph 3 of the same decree, for the entrusting the mechanical weeding service to be carried out in the municipal territory of the city of Naples.

The total estimated tendering amount for the duration of 12 months, coinciding with the contractual amount being a framework agreement, is 780 000.00 EUR plus VAT as per law of which 4 564.15 EUR plus VAT for non-downward interference security charges.

ASIA reserves the right:

a) to extend the duration of the contractual services for an additional period of 12 months and within the amount limits of EUR 780 000.00 plus VAT of which 4 564.15 EUR for non-interference security charges subject to downward;

b) to extend the duration of the contract, pursuant to art. 106, paragraph 11 of the aforementioned code, for the time strictly necessary, in any case not exceeding six months, at the conclusion of the procedures necessary for the identification of a new contractor. The maximum amount for this extension option is EUR 390 000.00 plus VAT of which 2 282.075 EUR plus VAT for non-lowered security charges.
