provision of project management missions (I) and additional study missions (II) with the aim of designing and developing cycle routes on the territory of Saint-Malo Agglomeration. These missions, provided for by the Public Procurement Code with regard to the provisions of the MOP law, are specified in the CCTP of the framework contract and are subject to provisional remuneration.

Supplementary study assignments (II) are costed separately and their remuneration is definitive.

The contract is based on the CCAG Project Management. The services will be carried out according to the following methodology: the itineraries will be designed and their implementation will be monitored in the following way via:

1. A portion in the form of an initial order including:

A firm slice,

an optional slice.

2. a part in the form of a single-contractor framework agreement executed through the issuance of purchase orders.
