City of Kannus, new building of Raasakka school, equipment and furniture for the manufacturing kitchen

The target of the procurement is the refrigeration, food preparation and dish maintenance equipment for the kitchen of the new building of the Raasakka school, stainless steel products and the distribution lines of the dining room with their equipment and furnishings, in accordance with the attached technical equipment list for the Raasakka kitchen.

The school is scheduled to graduate in May 2024. The delivery and installation of central kitchen equipment and products is planned to be carried out in the spring of 2024. The delivery time of the equipment and products is agreed with the Supplier separately. The delivery address is Siltakatu 1, 69100 Kannus.

The equipment to be procured is divided into three (3) subdivisions in accordance with the attached technical equipment list of Raasakka kitchen as follows:

1. Kitchen appliances positions from 1 to 27

2. Dish service equipment positions 22 – 42

3. Dining room equipment positions 43 – 52 with carpentry furniture

For clarity, it is noted that the 2nd floor. Cleaning centre instruments and equipment positions 60 to 67 are not included in this invitation to tender.

More detailed minimum requirements for equipment and products are specified in the kitchen's technical equipment list by device and product.

More detailed minimum requirements and characteristics of the equipment are defined in the appendix "Raasakka kitchen technical equipment list and specifications" to the invitation to tender.

The dimensions indicated for the devices are millimeters, and in the form width x depth x height. All dimensions should be checked by the equipment supplier.

In accordance with the contract programme, the main contractor of the site is responsible for the site services of the client's procurements.

All prices are expressed in euros, excluding VAT (VAT 0%). The quoted offer prices are final and binding. The tender prices include all the equipment specified in the invitation to tender and its appendices, including their installation, and the requirements set for them and the services included in the package in their entirety, with their respective responsibilities. The offer prices must include everything for the delivery of equipment, user training, etc. related expenses. No price supplements (e.g. billing surcharge) or price reservations will be accepted.

The estimates of the quantities of products indicated in the list of devices are estimates only and are not binding on the Subscriber. The final order quantities of products may actually vary.

The tenderer must attach a preliminary kitchen plan to the offer, in which the appliances specified in the offer are placed on the bottom. The offer must be accompanied by a unit price list with position-specific unit prices. The offer and all documents related to the offer must be in Finnish.

General information about devices:

• all kitchen appliances must be professional and purchased from the same supplier to optimize orientation and maintenance, approved by the user before purchase

• the equipment must comply with official safety regulations, both in terms of structure and electrical and HVAC constructions;

• the equipment must be CE marked and meet the machinery and hygiene regulations of the EU directives

• warranty period for all appliances and fixtures up to two years

• the availability and maintenance of spare parts must be guaranteed for at least 10 years after installation;

• the equipment supplier is obliged to take care of the masking of holes and gaps caused by possible dimensional differences or other reasons, for example. with stainless steel cover plates.

• appliances and fixtures must be maintenance-friendly and equipped with easily open service hatches or doors, screws and nuts, etc. fasteners must be stainless

• the kitchen equipment supplier is responsible for making the installation image

• the detergent used for washing ovens must be available for purchase from the most common detergent suppliers

• the equipment delivery includes a trial run of the equipment and a minimum of two orientations for users
