Fauske Eiendom KF, shall hold an open tender contest for the construction of a new school in Valnesfjord in Fauske municipality.

There will be a main contract with 6 joint contracts for the construction of the school, see the organisation chart. Separate competitions will be held for all the contracts.

This competition is for EP 04 — electro — tele — date and it will be transported to the main contract when the contract is signed with the main contractor.

The contractual relationship between the contractor and the builder will cease after this transportation, and a new contractual relationship will be established where the contractor will be a sub-contractor under the contractor he has been transported to, i.e. the main contractor, cf. NS 8405 point 16.1 penultimate section.
