Strategic Technology Consultancy Services Framework. The National Lottery (NLC) awarded a contract to fulfil its requirement for Strategic Technology Consultants for the following non exhaustive list: gaming technology, major game and channel system development projects, technology projects related to supporting the Lottery Licence, system selection and conversions and for new internal IT infrastructure projects. The National Lottery will draw on the Strategic Technology Consultant's broad experience at applying best practices and updated methodologies to assist them to update their own processes and help improve the efficiency of the organisation going forward.

The NLC's requirement for Strategic Technology Consultants will also involve assisting the NLC with various projects from an advisory viewpoint and carrying out and managing projects as required over the lifetime of the framework.
