See II.2.4).
The services to be provided concern the study and design work for the realization of the 'Oude Dokken tram line' project that aims to extend the existing tram infrastructure from the Blaisantvest (Tolhuis intersection) to just before the Dampoort and the public spaces along this re-constructing the tram route in a quality manner.
The study and design work relates to 3 spatially coherent sub-zones, for which an integrated design is required, which is aligned with the final design for the Verapaz Bridge and the R40 Muidelaan on the west bank of the bridge.
This concerns the following sub-zones:
1) Neuseplein;
2) Foreground;
3) Dok-Noord - Stapelplein - Dok-Zuid. Various assignments are included in the study assignment, whereby a distinction is made between phase-related and non-phase-related assignments.
The study includes the following phase-related assignments:
(a) drawing up an existing situation file (see section IV.3.1));
(b) preparatory studies (in this case the conceptual preliminary design for the sewer system) (see section IV.3.2));
(c) preparation of 1 file coordinated preliminary design (for the 3 sub-zones together), based on the concept submitted. In this phase, a hydrodynamic modeling study of the sewer network must also be carried out, as well as a start-up note and project note. (see section IV.3.3));
(d) preparation of 3 separate files (1 file per sub-zone) for application for the environmental permit. The preparation of a drainage study is also included in this phase. (see section IV.3.4));
(e) preparation of 3 separate tender dossiers (1 dossier per sub-zone) (see section IV.3.5));
(f) cooperation with tendering, reviewing tenders and drawing up award report (see section IV.3.6);
(g) supervision of the works up to and including provisional acceptance (see section IV.3.7);
(h) prepare the final statement file and 'as-built' (see section IV.3.8));
(i) follow-up during the guarantee period until final acceptance (see section IV.3.9);
Up to and including the preparation of the coordinated preliminary design (phases a up to and including c), the study assignment is integrated for the 3 sub-zones, with a view to 1 joint design.
From the preparation of the environmental permit file (phases d up to and including i), the study assignment will in principle be carried out separately for the 3 sub-zones, so that the actual works can, if desired, be tendered and executed separately for each sub-zone. The tendering and execution of the works for sub-zone 1 (Neuseplein) will in any case take place separately, with the Roads and Traffic Agency acting as contracting authority. For sub-zones 2 (Voormuide) and 3 (Dok-Noord / Stapelplein / Dok-Zuid) it will only be decided later whether the works for these 2 sub-zones will be tendered and executed separately or jointly. In the latter case, the study assignment for phases d up to and including i for these 2 sub-zones takes place jointly. In addition, the study includes the following non-phase-related assignments:
- safety coordination design and implementation (see section IV.2.1),
- preparation and integration of archaeological research (see section IV.2.2),
- preparation and interpretation of environmental hygiene research, soil mechanical research (incl. Infiltration study) and the demolition follow-up plan (see section IV.2.3),
- drawing up the subsidy file for sewerage works in respect of the Flemish Region - VMM (see section IV.2.4),
- stability study of existing and new structures (see section IV.2.5),
- preparation of rainwater disconnection files per built-up plot (see section IV.2.10),
- traffic macro and micro modeling (see section IV.2.9),
- preparation of the EIA file (see section IV.2.11)) [...] (see assignment documents).
