The services essentially include the planning and coordination of the project phases in accordance with SIA standards 31, 32 and 33 for all areas required for the realization of this project. This includes the following tasks:

- Tasks that are not related to the project phases

- Additional services

- Tasks related to the BIM organization (from phase 32)
