Vale of Aylesbury Housing Trust is establishing a Dynamic Procurement System (DPS) to deliver subcontracted services for the next 2 years.

This is the 'Indicative Tender' part of a DPS and is open to any competent business (sole trader, limited company, or partnership) to apply.

Successful applicants will form an approved list of labour-only contractors and be able to bid for labour-only contracts under the DPS.

Unsuccessful applicants will be advised as to why they have been unsuccessful. Organisations can re-apply throughout the duration of the DPS.

Work will be awarded through the 2 years as follows:

‘Labour-only’ sub-contracted work, such as electrical repairs, masonry and building repairs, etc. where suppliers are cover for the Vale of Aylesbury Housing Trust team, will be awarded on an expected volume/value basis. This will represent between 6–9 months work. However, if it takes 12 months to achieve those volumes, successful suppliers can expect to work for the extended period. This work will be awarded on a JCT Minor Repairs style contract, or VAHT's own labour only contract.

Vale of Aylesbury Housing Trust may appoint 1, 2 or more suppliers who will typically be appointed under the JCT Measured Term Contract.
