The purpose of the specifications concerns the provision of licenses for and development of the navigation support software Qastor and Connect Server for use by pilots & support staff and includes the following plots:

Lot 1 : License Qastor

Lot 2 : Development Qastor

Lot 3 : License Connect Server

This plot aims to provide licenses and updates for the

precision navigation software from QPS: Qastor and the docking add-on.

The license must provide access to both version 3.0 and version 2.5 during the term of the assignment, depending on the preference of the individual user.
