School Park 1 is a general building built in the years 1953-1955 and consists of 260 dwellings primarily constructed of one- and two-storey terraced houses with a partial basement as well as two-storey terraced houses with a partial basement. The existing dwellings are constructed as chains of house blocks that enclose landscape spaces of varying size, characterized by enclosed plantings. The entrance halls have enclosed stair towers leading to an open entrance. The current project consists mainly of 2 independently financed building cases:

1) A total renovation of 248 of the existing dwellings, by demolition to basement deck and rebuilding. The apartment block located Triumfvej 45-47 - block 35 is not included in the present case. As part of the renovation project, a LAR project must be carried out for the entire building;

2) New construction of 36 public housing. Three new blocks of flats will be erected with a total of 27 homes along Halbjørnsvej and one block with 9 flats at the former commercial leases facing Triumfvej.

Moving of contents from approx. 170 homes for temporary housing and return.
