The BLB Duisburg is planning to build a regional training center (RTZ) for the Duisburg police on the property Hoffsche Straße 220-246.

Building automation, work consisting of:

1) A total of 4 buildings will be equipped with at least one ASP. The ASPs are networked with each other by means of fiber optics. The corresponding components for the connection including the associated service are to be provided by the building automation.

2) The physical and communicative data points are shown in the specifications for each building. Thus, a uniform interpretation of the DDC is given.

3) Construction of a new MBE with an integrated meter management, e-mail software module and BACnet alarming module.

4) Among others, the following systems are regulated and controlled by the building automation:

- Deckenlufterhitzer

- underfloor heating

- Kleinkälte

- Control of ventilation systems completely via the building automation

- Integration of self-sufficient heat recovery systems

- Integration of self-sufficient ventilation systems

- Control of heating circuits

- Activation of external messages HKLSE

- Physical fire damper connection

- The cable laying is carried out by the building automation trade

5) Connection to the MBE of the BLB DUS incl. coordination with the IT BLB DUS

6) Higher-level commissioning management

7) BLB NRW standards must be complied with
