- East Savo Educational Association
- Municipal Association of the Eastern Savo Hospital District
- City of Savonlinna
- Tanhuvaaran Foundation / Tanhuvaaran Services Oy
- Järvi-Saimaan Palvelut Oy, only Rantasalmi office.
The participating organizations act as subscribers to the procurement. Subscriber organizations purchase electrical equipment during the contract period as needed.
