The purpose of this contract is to advise and support the management of the institution in the implementation of the Avenir(S) program to ensure its coordination and implementation. The scope requires a set of knowledge that is both functional and organizational in order to allow the efficient support of the office. The services expected from the service provider are described in detail in the Special Technical Specifications (Cctp)
