The energy supply company TWS (Technische Werke Schussental) Netz GmbH intends to expand the existing administration building on Schussenstraße with an adjacent new building on the corner of Georgstraße/Schussenstraße.
It is planned to build a functional, barrier-free, future-oriented and above all a resource-saving office building.
The new building should be certified by the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) and at least meet its “gold” standard.

In addition to highly flexible and modern workplaces, TWS is planning an independent customer center with separate access in the new building.
The new data center and an independent control center will be set up in a particularly secure part of the new building.
The construction project includes the new construction of the extension building along Georgstraße.

The building is 4 storeys adjacent to the existing building. The building corner stands out clearly from the surrounding development due to its 6 storeys. The main building along Georgstraße has 3 floors. The new building is complete on the 1st basement, partly with a basement in the 2nd basement.
Sanitary facilities are the subject of the present call for tenders.
These include in particular
- Approx. 1,000m dirt and rainwater pipes
- Approx. 2,000 m hot and cold water pipes
- Approximately 15-20 sanitary and tea kitchenette areas
The construction work in the “Sanitary Facilities” work will start from week 17 2022 starting to week 37 2024).
