The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the reception, transport and development, in accordance with

with applicable regulations, waste:

Part 1 – Collection, transport and management of waste oils and residues

from the cleaning of exhaust gases from ships at the Port of Gdansk

Part 2 - Collection, transport and management of solid waste from ships at the Port of Gdansk

Part 1 of the order consists of acceptance, transport to the places of development

and waste management from ships using the Port of Gdansk, in accordance with applicable regulations regarding the management of oil waste and residues from flue gas treatment.

The scope of the subject of the contract for Part 1 is specified in detail in the Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) - Appendix No. 1 -1 to the SWZ.

Part 2 of the order consists of collection, transport to the places of development

and waste management of ships using the Port of Gdansk, in accordance with applicable regulations. The service includes solid waste as defined in Annex V of MARPOL 73/78.

The scope of the subject of the contract for Part 2 is specified in detail in the Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) - Appendix No. 1 -2 to the SWZ.
