The subject of the contract includes the supply of audiovisual equipment together with assembly, as well as the supply and installation of a conference room booking system.

The order was divided into parts:

1) Part 1 - Supply of audiovisual equipment

2) Part 2 - Delivery of the conference room reservation system

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the ToR.

Part 1 of the subject of the contract includes the supply and installation of audiovisual equipment for the equipment of 16 conference rooms.

The scope of the contract includes, in particular: delivery of audiovisual equipment to the headquarters of the Employer at ul. Twardowskiego 16 in Krakow, unloading, bringing, connecting, configuring, programming in the place indicated by the Employer (in accordance with the Employer's design and / or guidelines), instructions for the Employer's employees in the field of service and collection of packaging, film, etc. from the place of delivery and assembly. Assembly should be understood as installation, configuration and implementation of complete and ready-to-use audiovisual equipment, including their adaptation to the rooms in which they will be used and to the elements located in these rooms. The assembly will in particular involve the installation of the supplied equipment at designated adapted points (installation points), having appropriate cabling, which will be carried out as part of the construction works carried out at the stage of adapting the conference rooms for use.

Time limit for completion

1. Implementation of the subject of the contract in relation to part 1 and part 2 will take place in the period from the day of signing the contract to 31.7.2019, which means that in this period the Employer will be entitled to inform the Contractor about readiness to accept partial supplies of equipment (in the scope part 1 of the subject of the contract) and system delivery (in terms of part 2 of the subject of the contract), taking into account the provisions of paragraph 2 and the material provisions of the contract, which constitute Annex 6 to the ToR.

2. The subject of the contract will be delivered by the Contractor within 21 or 28 days (depending on the content of the selected offer) from the date of notifying the Contractor by the Employer that he is ready to accept delivery, due to the fact that the Employer may conduct construction works carried out by a third party are still at its headquarters.

Part 2 of the subject of the contract includes the delivery and installation of a room booking system that will support 16 conference rooms

The scope of the contract includes in particular: delivery of a room booking system to the Employer's headquarters at ul.
