The contracting authority has had responsibility for carrying out annual equivalent attitude surveys on behalf of PROSAM since 1989. The attitude surveys must mainly be carried out in the same way as previous years so that the results are comparable.

The main goal of the procurement is to map attitudes and behavioural changes connected to different conditions for the toll road ring amongst persons living in Oslo and Akershus over time.
