— 2 towers of 16 No. and 20 No. floors inc Academic Podium,

— all accommodation rooms are common size and en suite,

— academic space, external envelopment and landscape are complete to Stage 4 Technical Design,

— residential space design is complete to Stage 3 Schematic,

— coordinated BIM available,

— construction of shell and core and fit-out,

— no design team novation has been considered at this stage,
