Subject of the contract: delivery of a mobile blood collection point based on a high-floor bus. Detailed requirements regarding the technical parameters of the base vehicle, functional and utility parameters of the body, equipment and marking of the mobile blood collection point are included in Annex 3 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order and Terms of Guarantee and Service. Whenever the Contracting Authority indicates specific standards or processes or products that could lead to a restriction of competition, these provisions should be interpreted as exemplary requirements. The Ordering Party allows offering an equivalent subject of the contract provided that the minimum requirements specified by the Ordering Party are met. The burden of proof in this respect rests with the Contractor.
