Energinet Business Service A/S provides the framework agreement as a shopping centre on behalf of Energinet Eltransmission A/S, and subsequent orders for the Framework Agreement will be assigned by Energinet Eltransmission A/S. The contracting entity wishes to have the opportunity to obtain the overhaul and maintenance services on Energinets 132-400 kV overhead lines. These include tasks dealing with the overhaul and maintenance of Energy's 132-400kV overhead lines, overhauling and maintaining HVDC overhead lines (direct current) and overhauling Energy's radio chain master. In addition to maintenance and overhaul, there will be unscheduled tasks that may arise against the background of an overhaul. This type of tasks includes replacement of insulators and oscillation dampers, repair of phase rods, run grid rods on masts, as well as mast foundations. Energinet provides overhaul, preventive and remedial maintenance of Energinet's 132-400kV overhead lines at Jylland/Fyn.

In establishing this Framework Agreement, Energinet wishes to have the opportunity to obtain overhaul and maintenance services on Energy's 132-400 kV overhead lines.

These include tasks dealing with the overhaul and maintenance of ENERGY NETS 132-400 kV overhead lines, overhauling and maintaining HVDC overhead lines (smooth-power) and overhauling the Energy radio chain master.

Other than maintenance and overhaul, no scheduled tasks will be included, which may arise from an overhaul. This type of tasks includes replacement of insulators and oscillation dampers, repair of phase rods, run grid rods on masts, as well as mastefun daments.
