The subject of the contract is the provision of passenger transport services by bus on the section Chotyłów - Terespol - Chotyłów for non-tourist trains (cancelled due to works carried out by the Railway Infrastructure Manager - PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe), in the period from 03.VIII.2022 to 03.IX.2022 with an inn to designated stations and passenger stops

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of passenger transport services by bus transport on the section Chotyłów - Terespol - Chotyłów for non-tourist trains (cancelled due to works carried out by the Railway Infrastructure Manager - PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe), in the period from 03.VIII.2022 to 03.IX.2022 with an inn to designated stations and passenger stops, i.e. for the following trains No.:

1) 11801 on the section Chotyłów - Terespol, runs daily 03.VIII-03. IX.2022r.

2) 11809 on the section Chotyłów - Terespol, runs daily 03.VIII-03. IX.2022r.

3) 11811 on the section Chotyłów - Terespol, runs daily 03.VIII-03. IX.2022r.

4) 11828 on the section Terespol - Chotyłów, runs daily 03.VIII-03. IX.2022r.

5) 11832 on the section Terespol - Chotyłów, runs 03.VIII-03. IX.2022r. from Monday to Saturday,

6) 11836 on the section Terespol - Chotyłów, runs 03.VIII-02. IX.2022r. from Monday to Friday except the world;

The implementation of rail bus transport requires running one for each train and additionally the Contractor is obliged to:

a) increasing the number of buses on the chotyłów – Terespol section for trains No. 11801, 11809, 11811 on working days in the period 03.VIII-02. IX.2022r - two buses;

b) increasing the number of buses on the Terespol - Chotyłów section, for train No. 11832 on working days

in the period 03.VIII-02. IX.2022r - two buses;

2. The expected number of kilometers to be traveled as part of the replacement bus service during the execution of the contract is 9214 kilometers (without empty runs), i.e. the number of scheduled trips

for the execution of the order is 271.
