The project is the new construction of a 4-speed primary school with 1-field sports hall. The subject of the invitation to tender are heat supply systems in accordance with the specifications. The school has a gross floor area (GFA) of approx. 6,700 m² and a gross volume (BRI) of approx. 30,000 m³. The room program also includes a canteen and all-day areas. About the building construction: The basement of the sports hall (floor and walls) as well as the base plates of the non-basement parts of the building are designed as waterproof (WU) reinforced concrete components. Partially increased loads are fed into the subsoil in the form of thickened coves. The non-basement

Base plates are fitted with a frost apron all around. The outer and inner walls as well as the columns on the ground floor consist of reinforced concrete, partly in exposed concrete surface. Some beams are partly designed in steel-concrete composite construction. On the upper floor, the building-dividing fire walls and the stairwell walls consist of

Reinforced concrete. All exterior walls on the upper floor are built in timber frame construction, the interior walls on the upper floor for the most part in timber panel construction. The roof ceiling above the upper floor is a ribbed ceiling in timber construction with a circumferential attic, the roof structure of the sports hall consists of trusses in wooden construction with a trapezoidal sheet metal roof. The exact location of the holes and fastenings in timber components must be coordinated in advance with the site supervision and with the company responsible for timber construction. About the building envelope: All facades are designed as ventilated facades in timber construction with larch cladding. Doors and windows are aluminium and wood-aluminium constructions, partly also steel constructions with door drives. The window elements are fitted with external vertical awnings as sun protection. The roof will be implemented as a flat roof (warm roof) with attic drainage and a green roof as well as walkable roof surfaces made of concrete block covering in the area of the roof terraces. The thermal insulation level is continued under the building as pressure-resistant thermal insulation. For interior fittings: Non-load-bearing interior walls are planked metal stud walls and installation walls or installation walls.

Partition wall systems are provided. All wall surfaces, except for the exposed clay surfaces, will be filled on the inside and colour-treated, wall tiles are planned in the toilet and kitchen areas. The massive wooden partitions on the upper floor are given a glaze.

Lounge areas and corridors are equipped with acoustically effective ceilings made of perforated plasterboard and lightweight wood wool panels. Grid ceilings are used in wet and kitchen areas. All floors are built with floating screeds, partly as heating screeds and in the area of the traffic areas with post-processed visible surfaces. Classrooms receive a topfloor covering made of

Linoleum, in addition, floor tiles and carpet are planned in some areas. The interior doors are steel frame doors, some with fire protection requirements

and with hold-open systems or freewheel closers, in the case of doors to classrooms, group rooms and other school rooms around wooden block frames with glass elements and door leaves with laminate surfaces, in the case of

other interior doors around steel frames with door leaves with laminate surface. The furniture is largely furnished in the form of permanently installed cabinets and space-forming extensions. In

of the classrooms, the ventilation system is integrated into the cabinet fronts.
