The subject of the contract includes the supply of electricity to the GSZ-I station at 4 Eugeniusza Kwiatkowskiego Street in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski with a voltage of 110 kV in the period from January 01, 2024 to December 31, 2025 for further resale and for own needs. 10. The estimated annual electricity consumption is: electricity in the A23 tariff – a total of approximately 6 200 MWh;

The Ordering Party presented the expected amount of electricity consumption. The Contracting Authority provides that the actual amount of electricity consumption may change, i.e. increase or decrease while maintaining the offered unit prices. Thus, the forecast energy consumption described does not constitute an obligation for the Contracting Authority to purchase energy at the specified amount.

Settlement for the implementation of the subject of the contract will be carried out according to prices based on a flexible model of electricity purchase based on actual energy consumption.
