Client to conclude an agreement for the delivery of a Broadspoortractor with attachments, exchange of equipment to be replaced, guaranteed return after use and optional long-term maintenance. The Client will decide at a later stage whether the maintenance of the equipment will be outsourced to the Contractor or will be carried out in-house. During the warranty period, all maintenance will be at the expense and responsibility of the Contractor.
