The service includes:

- the taking over of the total quantities of paper, board and cardboard (PPK) covered by the municipal collection at one or two collection points to be provided by the contractor,

- the recovery of the municipal share in PPK as well as the share of licensed sales packaging (if no physical transfer to the systems takes place), including any necessary transport to the recovery facility,

- the provision of the proportion of licensed sales packaging, which is physically transferred to the systems (if this is provided for in each case) for transport

The service includes:

- Acceptance of the total quantity of bulky waste collected in the context of collection (call-off collection) and acceptance (self-delivery) at one or two collection point (s) to be provided by the contractor.

- Collection of quantities from self-deliveries from the Wolfsberg waste transfer station by the contractor, provided that the contractor's pick-up point is more than 15 km away from the Wolfsberg waste transfer station.

- Sorting and recycling of bulky waste, including disposal/marketing of output fractions.

Provision

The service includes:

- the mobile collection of small quantities of hazardous waste at the collection points specified by the contracting authority throughout the disposal area,

- the needs-based equipping of the stationary collection point at the waste transfer station Wolfsberg with the necessary containers and the collection of the filled containers as required,

- the transport of small quantities of hazardous waste to suitable interim storage / disposal facilities (recycling / disposal plants) and

- the recycling/disposal of small quantities of hazardous waste

The service includes:

- the provision of depot containers for the collection of used textiles at the disposal facilities,

- the emptying of the depot containers and the transport of used textiles to the recycling plant, and

- the recycling of used textiles.
