In addition to legal analyses, various reports, a procedure or a decision-making flowchart, other services may be requested by the contracting authority in the context of the subject of this contract (for example: a tax ruling, negotiations, etc ...,). In addition, services relating to asset management more broadly will also be requested (real estate law including public property and expropriation).

The contracting authority wishes to emphasise the diversity and complexity of the cases to be dealt with under this contract.
