This Framework Agreement concerns the provision, implementation and maintenance of an urban video protection device and the interconnection network. The consultation is divided into two batches. The framework agreement is single-award and will be executed as the purchase orders are established. Several technical phases are planned in each batch. Prices are set unitarily and will be reviewable. The Framework Agreement shall be concluded for an initial period of implementation of one (1) year from the date of notification. It is renewable by tacit renewal and for a period of twelve months. The total duration of the framework agreement (initial period and renewals) may not exceed four (4) years.

The project consists of equipping all the selected sites and integrating them into a centralized recording and supervision system, installing, configuring and commissioning copper wired links and the thus created urban video protection system.

The system also requires the installation of dedicated, high-speed, Black Fiber Optic (FON) links from the various sites in order to repatriate the streams from the cameras to the centralized recording point. These links will either be transferred to the buyer or will be rented.
