Delivery and commissioning of a phenotyping system.

The phenotyping system to be procured consists of 2 computer-networked camera systems that make it possible to document the growth of plants in cultivation chambers under defined growth conditions. The first system contains several cameras (RGB), which are installed in already existing cultivation chambers under the ceiling and thus document the plant growth under supervision. The second system includes a photographic box that is installed in another existing growing chamber. The box is equipped with various cameras (RGB, thermal imaging, fluorescence), which make it possible to document special plant physiological aspects for defined scientific questions. Both systems are connected via a network via a PC and can be specifically controlled or programmed. The collected data can be processed and statistically evaluated with the help of the associated software.
