The subject of the order is collection, transport and management of all types of municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the commune of Ropczyce, in the period from July 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020.

1. The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of all types of municipal waste from the owners of real estate residing in the commune of Ropczyce, in the period from July 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020, in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels: recycling and preparation for re- use and recovery by other methods of municipal waste (paper, metal, glass, plastics, construction and demolition waste), reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage, in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, the Act on waste, and the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the commune of Ropczyce. The subject of the contract includes 5,271 items of real estate specified in Annex 2 to the ToR, including 5,190 single-family (MN, MR) and 81 multi-family (MW) (blocks) set out in Annex 2 to the ToR.

2. A detailed description and scope of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex 3 to the ToR.

Pursuant to art. 29 paragraph 3a of the Public Procurement Law, the Awarding Entity requires that the Contractor or subcontractor, when carrying out the subject of the contract, employ under the employment contract within the meaning of the Labor Code, persons performing specific activities - detailed requirements are contained in chapter XXVI of the ToR.
