1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity within the meaning of the Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2022.1385, i.e. of 2022.07.01), hereinafter referred to as the sale of electricity, in an estimated amount of 3 076 450 kWh for existing and planned to connect consumption points specified in Annex 1 to SWZ, in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023, in accordance with the conditions contained in the Specification of the Terms of the Contract hereinafter referred to as "SWZ". 2. The list of points of consumption, which describes the data identifying the points of consumption of electricity (PPE) is included in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

The list of points of consumption, which describes the data identifying the points of consumption of electricity (hereinafter PPE), is included in Annex 1 to the SWZ. 3. The sale of electricity will be carried out under the conditions set out in the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021.716, as amended), implementing regulations to this Act, in particular the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on the detailed conditions for the functioning of the power system (Journal of Laws of 2007, No. 93, item 623, as amended), currently in force.
