Social cohesion Landau Horst; Neighbourhood Manager

Based on the Integrated Urban Development Concept (ISEK "Landau Horst"), a neighbourhood management is to be active in the programme area starting in 2024. The commissioning period is initially limited to 3 years, but can be extended by agreement of the contracting parties. The intended implementation period is 9 years.

Structure of the building blocks:

Building block 1: Cooperation with the city and other commissioners of the city

2nd component: Establishment, maintenance and staffing of two neighbourhood offices

Module 3: Accompanying neighbourhood management - stakeholder networking, resident activation and participation

Optional module: district newspaper

The neighbourhood management is intended as a permanent contact person with fixed office hours in two sub-districts. It is intended to act as an interface between citizens and local administration and to implement the project ideas proposed in the ISEK together with the administration and citizens. In particular, the service modules of management support, conceptual work with the citizenry, on-site presence in both neighborhoods, public relations (neighborhood advisory board), content management of the disposal fund and assistance in the management of the neighborhood center (starter project) are required.
