The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129, as amended) covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, acquisition and skidding of wood, tourist forest management and maintenance of forest roads, to be carried out in the Chojna Forest District in 2020. The subject of the contract was divided into 2 parts called packages.

The procedure is conducted in an open tender pursuant to art. 10 paragraph 1 and art. 39-46 of the Act of 29.1.2004 Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1843, Public Procurement Law), in accordance with the rules provided for contracts with a value equal to or higher than the amount specified in the provisions issued pursuant to Art. . 11 paragraph 8 Public Procurement Law The proceedings are conducted in accordance with the rules provided for "Reverse procedure" referred to in Article 24aa section 1 and 2 Pzp.

The total size of all types of services included in the subject of the order is as follows:

(1) manual works in forest management in NH - 4270 nh;

(2) manual works in forest management in H - 320 h;

(3) manual works in fences at NH - 641 nh;

(4) manual works in bulkheads in H - 150 h;

(5) mechanical work in forest management in NH - 55 nh;

(6) mechanical work in forest management in H - 83 h;

(7) mechanical works in bulkheads in H - 15 h;

(8) mechanical work in grinding in NH - 72 nh;

(9) work on logging in NH and H - 16918 nh and h;

(10) mechanical work in logging and skidding in H - 70 h;

(11) work on logging in NH - 1280 nh;

(12) availability in fire protection MC - 6 months

The Employer requires employment by the Contractor or subcontractor based on the employment contract of persons performing activities included in the subject of the contract consisting in obtaining and skidding wood raw material, if the performance of these activities involves performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26.6.1974 - Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1040, as amended).

The total size of all types of services included in the subject of the order is as follows:

(1) manual works in forest management in NH - 8346 nh;

(2) manual works in forest management in H - 144 h;

(3) manual works in fences at NH - 1874 nh;

(4) manual works in bulkheads in H - 210 h;

(5) mechanical work in forest management in NH - 136 nh;

(6) mechanical work in forest management in H - 30 h;

(7) mechanical works in bulkheads in H - 30 h;

(8) mechanical work in grinding in NH - 127 nh;

(9) work on logging in NH and H - 16962 nh and h;

(10) mechanical work in logging and skidding in H - 70 h;

(11) work in logging at NH - 1371 nh;

(12) availability in MC fire protection - 6 months

The Employer requires employment by the Contractor or subcontractor based on the employment contract of persons performing activities included in the subject of the contract consisting in obtaining and skidding wood raw material, if the performance of these activities involves performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26.6.1974 - Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1040, as amended).
