The Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority inspects enterprises all over the country and hired cars are required for these inspections. The agreement is restricted to the hire of cars in Norway.

The agreement must cover the employees' requirements for hired car services. The framework agreement shall mainly apply to the hire of cars for official journeys related to inspections.

The contracting authority estimates that the main scope of the orders will constitute passenger cars. The framework agreement must include all ordering locations at the contracting authority.

Based on the historical values and the contracting authority's estimated future requirement, the annual value of the framework agreement is between 800 000 NOK and 1 000 000 NOK. This is an non-binding estimate based on the contracting authority's best knowledge and it is mainly based on historical statistics. The value of the call-offs may be higher or lower depending on the total requirement during the agreement period.
